• Signs of hope: This initiative. The many activists, experts, leaders, and changemakers who take the time to investigate and spread knowledge about nuclear weapons (despite that their numbers are vastly reduced from Cold War times and still far below the threshold of creating serious political impetus in the US).
• Potential Threats: Manifold. But to me, none has such a simple & currently feasible pathway to planetary effects as nuclear weapons.
