• Signs of hope: I live in one of the capital cities of tech innovation. People here are willing to do things that might sound a little crazy at first in order to improve our situation. I believe in the ingenuity and creating problem solving prowess of my community.
• Potential Threats: The quality of our water delivery and sewer systems. They are extremely old, as climate change intensifies and populations grow, the pressure to keep things up and running and build new and resilient systems is mounting. I'm not sure our city/local governments are up to the task. They are too busy fighting over less important (vanity) legislation.
